I've really been craving artichokes these last few weeks. I've learned to love all things artichokes due to my best friend, Jenny, who is absolutely obsessed with them. Eating an artichoke without her just doesn't taste the same, but I'm going to attempt to make some tonight, and I can only hope they turn out just as good. I found the cutest pictures of a wedding that used artichokes as their centerpieces, it's brilliant!
