Happy sunny and beautiful Monday! Hope you had a good weekend. I spent the weekend hanging out with my girlfriends... it was so refreshing and just what I needed.

As the season changes, I cant help but think of all the things going on in my life and how they too are changing... I hate change, I hate the unknown and I hate not being in control of the situation.. But this is LIFE and it moves at the speed of light and if we don't stop to enjoy it, it will pass us by. I realized this weekend that with the help of friends, family and loved ones, change does in fact get easier...

Fall Has Arrived

It's been absolutely beautiful in Portland (except for yesterday). The the sun is supposed to come out this weekend and stay through the week. Perfect for evening runs, happy hour with my girlfriends and spending endless time outside. If you haven't already noticed, I'm really looking forward to the weekend. This week has been a rough one...

Mama

My parents just got back from their three week, euro vacation... And while they were gone, I realized how much I rely and need my mom in my life. She is my best friend, my backbone and the one who gets me through everything. I'm at that age now where I can sit down and talk to her about everything: the good, the bad and the ugly. She never judges and although she doesn't always agree, she provides me with her best, unbiased advise. You will never find anyone more real and raw than a mother... So, this post is dedicated to my amazing mother who has been there for me through everything and still loves me for who I am and who I strive to be...

Take time to appreciate your mother and let her know that you love her... life is too short. xxoo

Rain..Rain

I can't believe its already half way through the week... happy hump day! The weather in Portland has been rainy and gloomy, which makes me very unhappy but has me thinking of all the cute, fall clothes I get to wear very soon. Jcrew came out with their fall clothing line and I absolutely adore EVERY piece!
