Why I Love Fall

I've come to realize that I love fall! In fact, I love everything about it- its a close first after summer!

Top 5 reasons why I love fall:

Starbucks red cups- enough said.

Pumpkin flavore galore- pancakes, coffee, pies, bread, and muffins. yummy!

Colorful tights paired with short skirts/dresses.

Crunchy (more often than not, soggy) colored leaves!

Sexy boots that complete the outfit.

I'm obsessed with all things wedding. I love everything about them, which is no surprise since I confess my guilty pleasure in a previous blog post.

Happy {Taking It Easy} Weekend!

Happy Friday, finally!! This week seemed extra long for some reason! I'll be taking it super easy this weekend- watching movies, eating, and lots of sleeping. I'm hoping to fully recover from this nasty cold/flu/horrible illness that I just can't get rid of. Any special tips or remedies? I've been dousing myself in hand sanitizer and overloading on vitamin c, but unfortunetly it doesnt seem to be enough. I'm open to any and all recommendations on how to get better!

Happy Monday! I'm feeling much, much better and happy to be back at work! I took it easy this weekend but thoroughly enjoyed getting out of bed and the house to do some errands around town. Josh and I went to Stepping Stone Cafe on Sunday, and they had the biggest pancakes I've ever seen/eaten! I couldnt even finish half of one pancake. It was delicious and I cannot wait to go back! How was your weekend? The soggy wet weather is definitely making it hard to get out and explore, even with a rain jacket and umbrella...
